Property-backed loan
The initial calculator uses a maximum LTV of 70%. The amount shown ranges from €5,000 to €1,000,000 and the term is up to 5 years.
Property sale with a buyback option
This is a separate service: the property is sold on agreed terms and any buyback price, deadline and other material conditions are defined in the contract.
How to choose the correct service
An open-market estate agency sale is the primary route when the objective is to reach buyers and test the property against current demand. A quick purchase, sale-and-buyback or finance enquiry is a separate route with different economics, risks and documents. REI24 first identifies the owner’s objective, timing, property condition and existing encumbrances. The exact scope, fee and participants are then recorded before work begins.
